. Bounds with Liberty of Redemption On Payment of the sd Sum in
June Seventeen hundred & Eleven But neither the Principal nor
Interest of the sd Sum or any Part thereof having been Paid the sd Edward Beck Casper Hoodt & his Wife by Deed duly Executed
for & in Consideration of the Sum of three hundred Seventy & five
Pounds Sterling Conveyed the afd Lands to Willm Blay Deceased
who Died Intestate whose Right in the sd Lands Descended to the
afd Catherine Rachel & Isabella That the Deed afd from the afd Thomas Howell to the afd Edward Beck the Acknowledged in
September Seventeen hundred & Eight was Casually Omitted to be
Recorded Until October Seventeen hundred & Ten And Whereas
the Truth of the Facts Set forth by the Petitioners in their Said
Petition being Apparent to this General Assembly it is therefore
Prayed that it may be Enacted And Be it Enacted by the Right
Honourable the Lord Proprietary of this Province by & with the
Advice & Consent of his Lordships Governour & the Upper & Lower
Houses of Assembly & by the Authority of the Same that the sd Deed of Mortgage or the Record thereof shall & may Operate & be
as Valid in Law to all Intents & Purposes as if the same had been
Recorded within the Time Limitted by Law any Law Statute
Usage or Custom to the Contrary Notwithstanding Saving to the
Right Honourable the Lord Propry his heirs & Successors to all
Bodys Politick & Corporate & to all Others not mentioned in this
Act their Several & respective Rights.
