N^o 10. An Act Easing Sundry Inhabitants of this Province who
are Owners of Vessells from some Difficulties they are put to by an
Act Entituled a Supplementary Act to the Act Entituled an Act for
laying an Imposition on Negroes & Severall Sorts of Liquors, Im-
ported, and alsoe on Irish Servants to prevent the Importing to great
a Number of Irish Papists into this Province.

N^o 11. An Act to prevent the Clandestine Runing or Importa-
tion of Trashy & other Tobacco from the Colony of Virginia into
this Province.

N^o 12. An Act to continue & Aid the process & proceedings in
the Provincial Court & to Adjourn the said Court which is to be
held in September next & on the Thursday before the third Tuesday
in October next untill the third Tuesday in October next and to Ad-
journ the Court of Appeals to the first day of the Provincial Court
to be held the third Tuesday of October next.

N? 13. An Act to make an [d] Emit Thirty Six Thousand pounds
Current Money of Maryland in bills of Credit, and for Easing the
Inhabitants of this Province and to raise a fund to sink the s^d Bills
of Creditt.

N^o 14 An Act Impowering a Committee to lay Assess & Ap-
portion the publick Levy for this present year one Thousand Seven
Hundred and Thirty one.

Act for settling the rates of foreign Silver Coins within this Province.
And the Act Ascertaining the forme of the Oath of Judge or
Justice, of w^ch His Excellency said he would be Advised

sion with the following Speech.
