being read in this house the following Message is Prepared
Viz.

By the Upper house of Assembly
Octr the 12th 1720
Gent You have herewith a Letter from Col Blakiston the
Agent for this pvince directed to the Genl Assembly
You will find thereby how Solicitous he has been in the
transacting the Affairs of Maryland And Doubt not but you
will Return him an Agreeable Answer

Sent to the Lower house by Col Young who returns and
Says he delivered the same
Mr Benson and Mr Clayton from the Lower House deliver
Col Holland the following Message Viz.

By the Lowr house of Assembly

October the 12th 1720
May It please Yr Honrs
This House in ordr to Dispatch Business as much as in them
Lyes have Entred a Resolve to sitt from nine of the Clock in
the forenoon till four of the Clock in the Afternoon And
Desire to know whether the Time's Appointed be Agreeable to
yr Honrs

Whereupon It's Resolved by this house that the following
Message Be prepared Viz.

By the Upper House of Assembly
Octr the 1 2th 1720
We aprove of your Proposalls as to your Times of Sitting.

This House Adjourns untill to Morrow morning at Eight a
Clock

Thursday Morning Octr 13th 1720
This House meett according to Adjournmt
