Apportion the Publick Levy

Ward and M^r Travers, intituled An Act for the Payment and
Assessment of the publick Charges of this Province for this
present year 1723 and for confirming the Journal of the Levy
in the year 1722 Assented to by the Lower House and thus
Subscribed viz.

Col^o John Mackal and Jn^o Beale Esq^r from the Lower
House acquaint his Hon^r the Governor that their House has
no more Busieness before them
Whereupon Col^o Sam^l Young is sent to the Lower House
to acquaint them that his Honour requires M^r Speaker and the
whole House to attend him in the Council Chamber Imedi-
ately.
Accordingly M^r Speaker and the whole House attended
and saw the following Acts sealed with his Ldp's greater Seal
of this Province & Assented to on Behalf of the Right Hon-
ourable the L^d Proprietary of this Province by the Honour-
