After which his Excy is Pleased to Prorogue the Assembly

With the Advice of the Right Honble the Lord Proprie-
tary's Councill of State I have thought fitt & do Prorogue this
Present Generall Assembly untill the 4^th day of July next
Ensueing, and do require you to take notice that you are
Accordingly so Prorogued.

So Ends the 5^th Sessions of Assembly held for this Province
since his L^dp the right Honble Charles Lord and Proprietary
of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of
Baltemore has been restored to his Governm^t of this Province
this 22^d day of Aprill in the 5^th Year of his Lord^ps Dominion
