Which was read at the Board the same day & Endorsed
will pass.
The three private Bills before mentioned were sent with
the several Endorsements thereon to the Delegates by Col
Whittington and Col Addison
Mr Colegate & Mr Talbott bring up the Bill for the natur-
alization of Stephen Rich & others Endorsed by the House
that Charles Pasture has purchased some Land in Baltimore
County at Bush River and is removing himself & Family there.
For which Reasons with his taking the Oaths &c We agree
to the Bill and pray it may pass. Which being considered
the Bill was again Endorsed by the Council

We think it will be time enough to naturalize Charles
Pasteur when he is actually an Inhabitant of this Province
Signed p order Wm Bladen Cl Coun.

Also the Bill for relief of John Coale the Consideration of
the Land being averred to be Satisfyed was Endorsed will
pass & sent to the House by Col Tilghman
The members of this Board appointed to confer with others
of the House of Delegates about appointing an Agent in
England bring in the following report Viz

U. H. J.

Att a Conference held at the House of Mr Dodd to consider
of the Ways & Methods to establish an Agent in England for
the service of this province

Conferees appointed from the Council are Col Holland
Samuel Young & Richard Tilghman Esqrs
From the House of Assembly are Lt Col Matt Tilghman
Ward Mr Saml Worthington Mr Tyler Capt Jones Col Macall
Col Hoskins
Who proceeded to make choice of a Chairman, and Elected
Col Holland Chairman
Upon the matter relating to an Agent maturely debated
they are humbly of opinion that Col Nathanl Blakiston is a
very fitt person to serve the Country in that Station to which
they agree and the Sallary of 120lb Sterl be annually allowed
him during the time he shall continue in that Station.

The said Report being read and Considered was approved
of
The Board adjourn till Eight of the Clock to Morrow
morning
