Putt to the Question whether the bill for regulateing ordi-
nary's be referred to the consideraon of the next assembly or
to be Drawne and past with these words (if her Majestye shall
think fitt), Resolved the consideration therefore be referred to
the next Sessions of Assembly

M^r John Salter, and m^r Robert Bradly ordered to attend his
Excy and Councill to acquaint his Excy, That the business
before this house is all Dispatched, and th^t they are ready to
waite on his Excy when commanded to conclude this Sessions

The Honourable Thomas Tench and Robert smith Esquires
enter the house and acquaints m^r Speaker th^t his Excy and
honble Councill command him and the rest of the members to
giue their attendance att the Councill Chamber
Thereupon m^r Speaker, and the whole house respaires to
the Councill Chamber, and being admitted m^r Speaker presents
his Excy with the Severall bills made this Sessions which are
as followes
Bill for recognition
Bill for settleing a revenue on her majestyes p^rsent Gov^t
Bill for Determineing the association and ordering the oaths
of abjuration to be taken in this Province
Bill to declare the use of 40 p poll in the parishes where noe
incumbent, Shall be Disposed
Bill to Empower Millburnes Ex^rs to Sell Land for payment
of his Debts
Bill for Sale of Captⁿ Henry Smiths Land
Bill for naturalizaon of severall psons
Bill reviveing the act of 3^d p hhd to the Countrey
Bill reviveing the act for Limitaon of officers fees
Bill for reviveing the act for raiseing a Supply towards the
defrayeing the publick charge
Bill reviveing the act for regulateing Militia
Bill reviveing the act for quieting Differences between the
English and Indians
Bill for reviveing the act for Sumoneing Grand & Pettitt
