Who returne and say they see him quallified
The Comittee of Election and privyleidges enters the house
and do reporte they have inspected the Indentures of St
Marys County and do finde that Mr Jno Baker is duely Elected
and returned to Serve for that County
And the said Committee likewise reporte that Mr Thomas
Frisby is duely elected to Serve for Cecill County if of age,
which this Comittee referred to consideracon of the house
And by the house referred to further consideracon

Mr John Lecompt one of the members for Dorchester
County enters the house
And Ordered that Mr John Hall and Mr John Wight At-
tend his Excy in Councill to see him quallified
They returne and say they have seen him Sworne and Signe
the Test.
Mr Thomas Frisby A Member Elected to serve for Caecill
County being prsent in the house and returnd by Comee to be
duely Elected but not of age wch now lye under debate
Mr Speaker being pleased to enquire into his Age the sd
Mr Frisby readily acknowledged himselfe not to be of full age
till December next
Whereupon it is Resolved that he is not quallified nor fitt
to sitt in this house
Therefore he is dismist and Ordered Mr Speaker Issue his
Warrant to the honoble Secretary to send forth A new Writt
to Serve in his Stead which Accordingly issued

The Gent of the Clergy of this Province of Maryld prayd
Admittance which being granted they Attendd the house and
delivered Mr Speaker the following Address vizt.

To the Hon the house of Dellegates
The Humble Address of the Clergy of Maryland.
Gent Tho' wee are prswaded you Esteem yorselves greatly
interested in the Establishment of Religion as Wee the Clergy
whose Supporte and Maintainance is provided for thereby, yett
wee thinke it our Duty to prsent you with our sincere Acknowl-
edgment for your noble and Affectionate zeale in Carrying on
soe pious a Worke Notwithstanding the restless endeavor wch
ill Affected men had used to Obstruct and frustrate soe good and
Xtian a designe And as we humbly hope and pray yor peity
Will derive a Constant Succession of blessing both upon yor
Selves and yor posterity Soe Wee Crave Leave to Assure
you that wee shall allways Exert our best endeavors to answer
the ends of that your Establishment and by our owne Exem-
plary practise Demonstrate to the Conviccon of all gainsayers
