Upon Reading the Aforegoing petr this house having Con-
sidered of what is therein Recomended and Resolved that it
be referred to the Comittee of Accts giving them power to
call before them the said Major Dorsey & Demand of him
what proposalls he have to make in ord to Discharge his fine
in the pet mentioned & make Speedy report thereof to this
house for their further Consideracon therein
Wee the Comittee of Accts in obedience to the above said
Ordr haveing called Major. Dorsey before as Did Demand of
him what proposalls he will make in Ordr to discharge his
fine, who for answere saith that he hath no manner of way to
pay the same unless the house will Take away his Servants
and Soe Render him & his poore familly Totally Uncapable
of their Livelyhood
