                110 Proceedings of the Council of Maryland, 1696/7-98.

        

         Lib. H. D.     Ordr that due Credit may be given to the County &ca and

               that the Clerks of the County Courts do in like manner make

               out lists of the ffines and Swear to them and afterwards Send

               them to his Mats Receiver pursuant to a former Ordr to the

               for Prince Georges County That are return'd unqualified to

               Act now in that Station by reason of the late Act of Parliamt

               John Wright, Mr Robt Bradly, Mr Robt Tylar, Mr John Smith,

               Mr John Hawkins Mr Robt Wade, Mr Samll Magrowder and

               Mr Thomas Sprigg, Junr the ffirst ffive to be of the Quorum.

        

               Reference to Ordered that it be Referred to the Kings Law-

               the Kings            .

               Lawyers abt yers for them to give their Opinion whether the

               Ordinances of Ordinances which shall be made by this Assembly

               Assbly after a

               Dissolution will stand good and be valid, after the Assembly

               &ca is dissolved and whether it will not be Necessary

               by a Law to Confirm them. Who make Report that such

               Ordinances will be as binding and Valid as any formerly made

               by them, therefore no Necessity for making a Law to Confirm

               them.
