Poney a 9 months Soldier in the 5 Maryld Regiment, Dis-
charged the amt of Twenty three pounds ten shillings in
Cloathing & 1 Blanket, Daniel Bulger a 9 Mo Soldr in the
7th Regt Dischd the amt of Twenty one Pounds in Cloathing
& 1 Blanket, William Warren a 9 Mo Soldier in the 3d Regt
Dischd the amt of Eighteen Pounds, three shillings & six pence
in Cloathing & 1 Blanket due them by an Act of Assembly to
procure Troops for the American Army
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Samuel Lucket
Serjeant in the 1st Maryld. Regt Fifty seven Pounds for Bounty
& allowance for enlisting two Recruits per Accounts passed
by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Robertson Stevens Ninteen
Pounds for the Use of Capt. Staplefort, six Pounds, ten shillings
and Ninty seven Pounds seventeen shillings & six pence due
him p Acct passed by the Depy Aud

Sir, Please to Deliver to Thomas Dorsey Esqr the Iron
remaining on Hand which belonged to the Boom or Chain at
the Fort, we having sold it to him for four hundred & fifty
Pounds p Ton, you'll be so obliging as to have it carefully
weighed & take a Receipt for the Quantity Delivered To
Major Nathaniel Smith
Commission of a Letter of Marque & Reprisal issued to
Alexander Cain, Commander of the Sloop Fly, Burthen Tons,
mounting 10 Carriage Guns 10 Swivels & 22 Muskets belong-
ing to William Patterson & Co of Baltimore also to John
Frazier Commander of the Sloop Dispatch 40 Tons burthen,
mounting 110 Guns belonging to John Johnson Joseph
Dowson & Co of Annapolis
Commissions issued to the following Persons appointed
Agents to Purchase Provisions under the Act entitled An Act
to continue the Act of Assembly for enlarging the Powers
of the Governor & Council and for other Purposes therein
mentioned passed March Session 1779 Viz.
