Capt Slyes Vpon Complaint made by Capt Gerrard Slye how Lib. H. D. complaint abt the that the Church built at Wiccocomoco for King and Church at Queen parish in St Maries County is placed upon Wiccocomoc & Ordr ° Land belonging to the sd Capt Slye without any Whitehall thereon purchase orSatisfaction made for the Same; Or dered that the Vestrymen of the sd Parish make Return unto his Exncy in Councill &ca how the sd Matter is, and that they have notice to doe the same by the Sherriff of the sd County.
Ordr to the Ordered that the Colonel of each respective Colonels to see their County give directions to the Cheif Officer of the Troops & Severall Troops and Company's under their Corn- Company s well fited agt mand for to have their sd Troops & Company's well his ExnCyS fitted and in good Ordr ready prepared Severally to coming to see them make Answer to their Names according to the Lists Whitehall or Muster Rolls of them taken; against his Exncys coming to see them Exercised, which he intends (God willing) vcry shortly.
Ordr for Ordered that due prosecution be made by Mr prosecucon of all prsons Attorney and Sollicitor Ge&' agt all persons that tht have not have faild to make due Returns & yeild Obedience made due Returns &ca to the Severall Ordrs of Councill hence issued & tht Whitehall a Copy thereof be delivered to them by the Clerk of this Board accordingly.
Ordr to the Ordered that the Sherriff of Prince Georges Srffe of Prince County do upon Sight hereof Summons Coll: Henry Georges Darnall so that he be and appear before his Exncy County to Sumons Coll the Govr at the port of Annapolis & bring with him Whitehall Darnall all Navigacon Bonds and Certificates remaining in
his Custody in Ordr to deliver up the same before he departs the province.
Ordr abt Ordered that George Layfield Esq Collector of his Navigacon bonds to be Mats Customs of Pocornoke District do with what dd by Esq Convenient Speed he can produce before the honrble Layfleld Coll: Charles Hutchins, and Majr Robt King &
deliver up upon Oath all Navigation Bonds and Certificates taken by Coll: Willm Steevens in his life time, remaining in the possession of the sd Esq Layfield the wch (after such Oath Whitehall

made) are to be lodged with the sd Coll. Hutchins, a due Return whereof is to be made unto his Exncy at the Port of Annapolis with all Convenient Speed.
