    Sherriffe of St Maries County, Vizt Wm Burley & George

    Mason being for Murther of Mr Payne a Welchman for

    Murthering of her Bastard Child; the which being Read it

    was Ordered that the Sif: of St Maries County be sent for to

    Give an Accot vnder what Circumstances the said Prisoners

    are now in.
