     I have mustered Twenty men Enrolled by Mr. William Veazey, First
   Lieutenant of a Company of Militia to be raised in Cecil County to
   make part of the Flying Camp, and do hereby certify that they are a
   parcel of able bodied effective men. Given under my hand the day
   and year above. Jno. D. Thompson,
     Lieut. Col. 18th Batt.
