Thomas Hand Known by several to belong to the Maryland Line and When first
Taken Acknowledged it, but now Denies and Refuses to tell
to what Regiment he belongs.
William Hays Acknowledges he is a Deserter, it is known that he Enlisted in
Baltimore County, when first Taken said he Marched with the
Militia from Baltimore, then said he belonged to the Virginia
Line and now says he belongs to the Pennsylvania Line.
