Tobacco be allowed out of the publique for his service in the
new Yorke Voyage, and for M^r Clarkson his mann Besides all
charges allowed according tu the Accompt annexed in the
peticon—
The peticon of Ninian Beale againe Debated And put to
the Question whether this house ioyne & Concurr with the
Vpper house for Releife of Cap^t Beale—
