All assembled except Mr ffenwick, Walter Gwest prox:
George Akerick, Mr Percy prox: Jno. Medley who was ex-
cused by sicknes & Capt Jno Price.

Will™ Edisse att the request of Jno Hatch desyreth to haue
his cause heard & determined before the howse of Assembly,
and the howse consented thereunto.
Vppon the demand of Wm Edisse agst the administrator of
Thomas Weston for cloathes &c: due for his seruice.
Jno Hatch deposed sayth tht the sd Edisse to his knowledge
receaued noe more from Mr Weston for his seruice then 3
barren's of Corne, 1 weeding hoe, & an axe. The house
ordered tht, the plf. should recouer of the Administrator out of
the estate of Mr Weston 337l Tob: in consideraon of his demand
for seruice.

Capt Willm Stone being the Attorney of Mr Thomas Stone
of London Mercht pr Attornat. Jno Rosier demands iudgmt
agst the administrater of Thomas Weston Mercht deceased, for
135l sterl. wth interest for 22 yeares.
Vppon the demand aforesd Marke Pheypo Attorney of Mr
Hantford Admistrator of the estate of Mr Weston appeared.
And the said Marke Pheypo uppon specialty produced in the
Assembly and a ltr of Thomas Weston under his owne hand
acknowledging the debt (which ltr and specialty appear uppon
Record) acknowledged 135l principall debt, but denyeth the
